Our Difference

Well… it's a different color! Real grass-fed and finished tallow has a golden glow, this comes from all the beta-carotene the cows consume. We also use beef suet, the pure fat surrounding the organs of the cow. This type of fat gives our tallow an exceptionally high smoke point and more fat-soluble vitamins. Our difference does not end with our ingredients, our small batch process ensures no toxins or heavy metals are ever introduced, separating us from all the mass-produced tallows. 


The choice is pretty simple: locally raised cattle, clean triple-filtered tallow, and a high smoke point… or mass-produced, watery, high-toxin mystery tallow.
